For your information, Vice Adm. Paul Zukunft, Coast Guard Pacific Area Commander, President Barack Obama’s nominee to succeed Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Bob Papp as the 25th Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard will testify before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation – today- during a nomination hearing.
