The Coast Guard posted a notice in the Federal Register announcing that the Navigation Safety Advisory Council will meet on June 11-12, 2014 in Arlington, Va. to discuss matters relating to maritime collisions, rammings and groundings, Inland Rules of the Road, International Rules of the Road, navigation regulations and equipment, routing measures, marine information, diving safety and aids to navigation systems.

These meetings will be open to the public. All submitted written material, comments and requests to make oral presentations should be submitted to the NAVSAC coordinator no later than May 28, 2014.
