The Office of Commercial Vessel Compliance Foreign and Offshore Compliance Division has posted the following update to its environmental policy webpage:
The VGP job aid is intended to be used by Coast Guard marine inspectors and port state control Officers during inspections of U.S. flag vessels and during PSC examinations to assist in verifying that a vessel is in compliance with the December 2013 Environmental Protection Agency VGP. This job aid contains a list of minimum items that marine inspectors and port state control officers should examine.
