The Coast Guard published its 2014 edition of its semi-annual IMO e-Newsletter.

The Coast Guard publishes the e-Newsletter in the winter and summer to disseminate information regarding key IMO issues and decisions of particular interest to the U.S.

The summer edition contains reports from the following committees:

Sub-Committee on Pollution Prevention and Response
Sub-Committee on Human Element, Training and Watchkeeping
