7/28/2014: Navigation and navigable waters; technical, organizational and conforming amendments

As a courtesy to our audience, Maritime Commons will provide a daily compilation of nationally-relevant Federal Register Notices. To provide comments for the public record, follow the Federal Register link for each individual notice. Please note, the Coast Guard cannot respond to comments on these notices outside of the Federal Register.

The Coast Guard published an amendment to the final rule published in the Federal Register on July 7, 2014 , that made non-substantive corrections throughout Title 33 of the Code of Federal Regulations. One of the amendments contained an incorrect address and reference to the wrong paragraph in a section. This rule corrects that error.

Accordingly, 33 CFR part 151 is corrected by making the following correcting amendment:

In part 151.66(c)(3)(iv)(C), remove the text “Stop 7126” and add, in its place, the text “Stop 7509”.

The corrected address is:

U.S. Coast Guard: Commandant (CG-OES)
ATTN: DCR RECORDKEEPING
2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE., Stop 7509
Washington, DC 20593-7126.
