The National Vessel Movement Center, or NVMC, announced that November 12, 2014, an updated package of picklist XML files for use by third-party developers will be released that incorporates various country, port, agency and recognized security organization changes.
These changes will also be reflected in updated versions of the online eNOAD application as well as the NOAD InfoPath Template and Excel Workbooks available from the NVMC Website.
Please note that there are no currently planned updates to the NOAD schema itself, and support for both Schema 3.3 and Schema 3.4 will remain in effect.
Visit the NVMC’s update for schema change details.
While every effort is being made to ensure these updates are final as of this update, there exists the possibility for additional changes as needed or at the direction of the program office. Any such changes or additions will be made available as soon as they are provided to or identified.
If you have further questions not answered at http://www.nvmc.uscg.gov you may contact the NVMC at (800) 708-9823 or (304) 264-2502 or by sending an email with your specific question or inquiry to sans@nvmc.uscg.gov. You may send technical questions to techsupport@nvmc.uscg.gov.
