The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee will meet, via teleconference, to discuss Task Statement 87, concerning the review of the policy documents providing guidance on the Coast Guard final rule, “Implementation of the Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, and Changes to the National Endorsements .”

This meeting will take place on December 9, 2014 EST and will be open to the public.
