The Coast Guard seeks comment on the request for extension of a currently approved collection of information for security plans for ports, vessels, facilities, Outer Continental Shelf facilities and other security-related requirements.
The Coast Guard seeks comment from vessel and facility owner and operators.
The information collection is associated with the maritime security requirements mandated by the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002.

(1) The practical utility of the Collections;
(2) The accuracy of the estimated burden of the Collections;
(3) Ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of information subject to the Collections;
(4) Ways to minimize the burden of the Collections on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
All comments and related material must be submitted on or before April 7, 2015.
