As a courtesy to our audience, Maritime Commons will provide a daily compilation of nationally-relevant Federal Register Notices. Please note, the Coast Guard cannot respond to comments on these notices outside of the Federal Register.

The Coast Guard published a final rule making non-substantive technical, organizational and conforming amendments to existing regulations throughout Title 46 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The rule consists only of corrections and editorial, organizational and conforming amendments. These changes will have no substantive effect on the regulated public.

This final rule is effective October 16, 2015.
