The Coast Guard Marine Safety Center (MSC) updated the following Plan Review Guidelines:
- E2-08, “Emergency Generators/Switchboards”
- E2-11, “Electrical Plans – Barges”
- H1-15, “Review of Masts and Rigging Systems for Sailing Vessels”
Plan Review Guidelines were developed by MSC staff and are provided as an aid in the preparation and review of vessel plans and submissions. They were developed to supplement existing guidance and are not intended to substitute or replace laws, regulations, or other official Coast Guard policy documents.
