8/16/2016: Update to Alternative Planning Criteria National Guidelines

The Coast Guard announced a public meeting that will be used as an opportunity to discuss Alternative Planning Criteria (APC) as they relate to oil spill preparedness pursuant to vessel response plan requirements.

The meeting will be open to the public and will be held in Anchorage, Alaska on Sept. 21, 2016.

This notice also extends the comment period for an earlier announcement regarding ACP. All comments and related materials must now be submitted by Sept. 23, 2016.
