The Department of State will conduct a meeting, open to the public, led by the Coast Guard. The primary purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the fourth Session of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Sub-Committee on Ship Design and Construction (SDC4) to be held at the IMO headquarters, London, United Kingdom, February 13-17, 2017.
