The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee and its working groups will meet to discuss various issues related to the training and fitness of merchant marine personnel. The meetings will be open to the public.
The meetings will take place at Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C., on March 22 and 23, 2017. Attendees who are U.S. citizens must pre-register no later than March 14, 2017, while non-U.S. citizens are required to pre-register no later than March 1, 2017.
