The Coast Guard adding an additional 30 days to the comment period on the supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking for “Great Lakes Pilotage Rates—2017 Annual Review” published in the Federal Register April 5, 2017, in order to allow the public more time to comment. The comment period is now open through June 5, 2017.
