The National Vessel Movement Center posted a notice that eNOAD and NOAD will be unavailable Tuesday, May 9, 2017, from 2 a.m., to 7 a.m., in order to perform scheduled maintenance.

The NVMC is the Coast Guard’s single clearinghouse for submission and processing of notice of arrival and departure  information for vessels entering US ports and facilities. The NVMC has functioned continuously since October 2001.
