The Coast Guard announced in the Federal Register that it is extending, for 30 days, the public comment period on the Draft Merchant Mariner Medical Manual notice of availability. The extension responds to requests made by the public.

Comments must now be submitted online via http://www.regulations.gov (docket number USCG-2018-0041), or reach the Docket Management Facility on or before Feb. 13, 2019.
