The Coast Guard Marine Safety Center received an application for Ballast Water Management System type approval for the Seascape Ballast Water Management System
manufactured by Elite Marine Corp.

MSC will review the application for compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations in 46
CFR 162.060. Once it has been determined that the application meets the requirements,
the MSC will issue a type approval certificate.

A complete list of ballast water treatment systems that have been approved or have type
approval applications currently under review can be found on the Marine Safety Center
webpage at www.dco.uscg.mil/msc. Redacted copies of all completed type approval
certificates are also available.

The list will be updated frequently in order to provide industry and the general public the most current information regarding the status of each application.
