The Department of State will hold a public meeting, led by the Coast Guard, Feb. 24, 2020, in Washington DC, to prepare for the 7th Session of the IMO’s Subcommittee on Ship Systems and equipment.
The Department of State will conduct a meeting, open to the public, led by the Coast Guard. The primary purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the sixth Session of the International Maritime Organization’s Sub-Committee on Ship Systems and Equipment, to be held at the IMO headquarters in London, United Kingdom, March 4-8, 2019.

Due to the government shut down, the public meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019 to discuss U.S. positions on agenda items at the upcoming sixth session of the International Maritime Organization’s Ship Design and Construction Sub-Committee has been postponed.
