This post provides a summary of remarks by Capt. Joshua Reynolds, OCS Officer in Charge, Marine Inspections, during the Offshore Operators Committee’s general meeting earlier this month. Reynolds talked about the industry-led Well Intervention Risk Analysis, compliance with Coast Guard means of escape regulations, and encouraged offshore operators to review their evacuation plans and run a table top exercise so they are better prepared for hurricane season.
