The National Vessel Movement Center recently announced release of updated Notices of Arrival and Departure schema version 3.6, as part of efforts to enhance maritime domain awareness and improve handling of essential data contained within NOAD.
8/14/2018: Notice of Arrival and Departure (NOAD) Schema 3.6 90-day notice
An updated Notice of Arrival and Departure schema, versioned 3.6, will be released November 13, 2018, and will contain various schema improvements, updates to ports list and retirement of the National Vessel Movement Center workbook as a means of submission for Outer Continental Shelf Notices of Arrival.
6/13/2018: Updated Notice of Arrival/Departure workbooks released
Notices of Arrival/Departure Workbook Version 7.5.1 and Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Notice of Arrival Workbook 1.5.1 are now available on NVMC’s. These updated versions provide corrections for the display of ports when the country of Georgia is selected. The official XLS workbooks are provided as a non XML venue for submissions of Notices of Arrival/Departure to the National Vessel Movement Center.
3/23/2018: Reminder – NOAD Schema 3.4 to be retired
The current NOAD Schema 3.5 has been in effect since May 26, 2015. NOAD Schema 3.4 is missing required information fields and will no longer be supported. Any submitted NOAD form utilizing Schema 3.4 after the retirement date (to be determined) will be rejected.
