5/15/2014 Information collection request to Office of Management and Budget
The Coast Guard posted a notice inviting comments from owners and operators of SOLAS vessels on the collection of information for various international agreement safety certificates and documents. These Coast Guard issued forms are used as evidence of compliance with the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, by certain U.S. vessels on international voyages. Without the proper certificates or documents, a U.S. vessel could be detained in foreign ports. View the Federal Register notice for further information.
