The two-day listening session will be held May 29-30, 2019, at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. During the session, the EPA and the USCG will provide a general overview of VIDA, a summary of regulatory considerations for specific incidental discharges, including an opportunity for public input, and an opportunity for a broader discussion on the regulatory framework to be developed under VIDA.
